How to renew your insurance policy online
- If you choose to pay by monthly instalments, this will be arranged through a finance agreement (loan). An interest charge will apply.
- You will receive an email with your renewal invite 20 working days before your renewal date is due. Remember to check your junk folder.
- To renew and pay online, log into your account using your client code, provided in your email, and date of birth.
- Check all your details are correct and that your policy covers everything you need.
- Click ‘Renew’ and your new insurance policy will begin once payment is approved. You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
