Our story

Howden, the new name for Aston Lark

In April 2022, the Howden Group acquired the Aston Lark group of companies, creating an exciting business of considerable scale, reach, and influence, focused on great customer outcomes, service and care.

On 1 October 2023, Aston Lark along with existing Howden businesses, were brought together to form Howden UK and Ireland, united under the Howden brand. 

Together, we are combining our collective power to be a force for good in communities across the country.
